2026 Hockey Season Information and registration

Welcome to the 2026 Season with Logan Hockey Club!

This year, we will be fielding both turf and grass teams.

Our turf teams will play in the Gold Coast Hockey Association Competition and our Grass teams will play in the the Redlands Competition.

Turf teams:
Teams - U14 girls, U14 Boys, Div 3 Women, Div 4 Women, Div 3 Men.
Play - Saturdays at GC Hockey Centre - Labrador
Train - Monday night, 6-7pm at Easts Tiger Turf Carina (starting 9 Feb)
Season starts - first weekend of March
Season Finishes - end of August for Juniors / early September for Seniors

Grass teams:
Teams - U7s, U10s, U12s, U17s (all junior teams are mixed), Senior Men.
Play Saturday at Cleveland Cricket Grounds - Cleveland
Train - Wednesday nights, 5.30-6.45pm (Juniors), 6.30-7.30pm (Seniors) at LHC field, Slacks Creek. (starting 18 March)
Season Starts 11 April
Season Finishes - 12 September.

Registration is a 2 step process.

1. Register for Logan Hockey. Fees can be paid on payment plans, in instalments, or invoiced for paying at a later date during the season (must be paid by 31 August). These fees cover game fees, team registration, GCHA volunteer levy, LHC membership and presentation, training costs. We accept Play On Vouchers, so these can be used for Junior fees.

2. Register and pay Hockey Qld/Hockey Australia. This is paid upfront at time of registration in the relevant Rev Sport Portal. Please note that there are different portals for the Turf Teams and the Grass Teams. If you are going to dual register across both competitions, you will need to be registered in both, but you will only be charged for the first time. This registration and payment must be completed and paid before you take the field.

HQ/HA fees for 2026 are:

Junior U9 or in an intro to hockey program - $42.47
Junior player (9-18yrs) - $109.55
Senior player Full Season (19yrs and over) - $176.94
Senior Player - 10 game casual - $121.70
Senior Player Student (19-24yrs) - $139.76
