Logan Hockey Club offers local facilities available for hire, including our well-equipped hall and pristine hockey field. Conveniently located in the heart of Logan, our facilities are ideal for social gatherings, community events, corporate functions, and sports and recreational activities.

Booking Application

Hire Fees and Charges
The Club's current facility hire fees and charges are as follows.
The minimum hire period is 2 hours (which must include set-up and pack-up). Booking applications will not be accepted for less than 2 hours.
Hall
Day-time Hire (7am-5pm) $35/hr
Night-time Hire (5pm-12am) $35/hr
Day/bulk booking rate $140/day
(only for bookings up to 5pm)
Stand Alone Event Hire $35/hr
Field
Day-time Hire (7am-5pm) $30/hr
Night-time Hire (5pm-10pm) $30/hr
Day/bulk booking rate $120/day
(only for bookings up to 5pm)
Stand Alone Event Hire $30/hr
As these are community rates, no further discounts will be given for particular individuals or groups.
All rates are subject to review and adjustment each year.
A Security Deposit of $30 must be paid at the time of your Booking Application. The Security Deposit will be refunded if the Booking Application is not confirmed.
Invoices will be issued and must be paid in full not less than three (3) business days prior to the day and time of each confirmed booking. Provided all hire terms and conditions are satisfied, the Security Deposit will be either refunded after the final Booking Period or deducted from the Invoice for the final Booking Period.

Hall Information
About
Our hall is a
convenient, versatile space located at Logan Hockey Club, offering ample room
for a variety of gatherings, meetings and events. With easy access and a carpark, the hall is designed to accommodate your needs comfortably.
Facilities
- Hall: a rectangular hall, fenced rectangular lawn*, interior and exterior lighting for evening use. The lawn is also an access route to the field and must be shared with users/hirers of the field.
- Amenities: Small kitchen with fridge and microwave (no oven or cooking plates); 2x toilets (male and female). Toilets must be shared with field users.
- Accessibility: Pedestrian access to the hall. Wheelchairs, trolleys and similar equipment need to traverse a path from the carpark in dry conditions.
- Equipment: Trestle tables, chairs, speaker podium, whiteboard.
- Power: Power points in the hall and kitchen.
- Carpark:
Off street sealed parking for 10 vehicles, with additional unsealed parking inside
the gate for additional vehicles.

Field Information
About
Our field is a large, well-maintained grass hockey field suitable for sports, recreational and
community activities. The field is accessible via the lawn in front of the hall
and provides a safe environment for players and spectators.
Facilities
- Field: One full-sized grass hockey field with overhead lighting for evening use. The field is fenced and has a single access route.
- Accessibility: Pedestrian access to the field and associated area is via the lawn in front of the hall. Wheelchairs, trolleys and similar equipment can traverse the lawn in dry conditions. The lawn is shared with hall users.
- Equipment: Goals, overhead lighting for evening games.
- Amenities: Toilets are located in the hall and are shared with users of the hall.
- Vehicle Access: Vehicles may access the field through the lawn in front of the hall in dry conditions.
