Facility Access and Lockup Instructions
To access our grounds, hall and field, please follow the following instructions.
These details are highly confidential and must be kept secure from third parties. They are provided to the hirer on a need-to-know basis only and must not be shared with any officers, staff, representatives, agents, clients or guests of the hirer under any circumstances.
The Hirer is responsible for any and all unauthorised access to the Club's premises and facilities by reason of any unauthorised disclosure or loss of keys or codes provided by the Club. The Hirer will be liable to compensate the Club or any other persons or entities who suffer or incur any loss or damage as a result of any unauthorised disclosure of the Club's keys and codes.
Access and Lockup Instructions for the Field
Access the key lock box at the hall (see "How do I access the hall?" above). The keys inside will open the padlocks on the gates to the lawn and the gates to the field.
Please ensure that all gates are closed and locked and the keys are returned to the key lock box when departing the premises. Please also be sure to muddle the code on the padlock at the gate in front of the hall after locking the gate with the padlock.
